Il est insaisissable et exclusivement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 son objet\u00a0\u00bb.\r\n\r\n<br\/>Cependant, aucune soci\u00e9t\u00e9 p\u00e9troli\u00e8re, \u00e0 l\u2019exception VAALCO Gabon SA, \u00a0n\u2019a rapport\u00e9 la constitution de compte bancaire pour ce fonds de r\u00e9habilitation des sites.\r\n\r\n<br\/>Certaines soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont confirm\u00e9 que des provisions comptables sont en train d\u2019\u00eatre constitu\u00e9es pour le fonds de r\u00e9habilitation des sites tel que pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans la section XXX.\r\n\r\n<br\/>Par ailleurs, l\u2019article Article 178 stipule que \u00ab\u00a0Les autres modalit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre des dispositions du pr\u00e9sent titre sont fix\u00e9es par voie r\u00e9glementaire et dans les contrats d\u2019hydrocarbures. Cependant, aucun texte r\u00e9glementaire n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 pour sp\u00e9cifier les modalit\u00e9s et dispositions de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/td>\r\n<br\/><td width=\"46%\">Nous recommandons au GMP de l\u2019ITIE Gabon de coordonner avec les agences gouvernementales comp\u00e9tentes et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s p\u00e9troli\u00e8res afin de:\r\n\r\n<br\/>-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 veillez \u00e0 la publication rapide des textes r\u00e9glementaires n\u00e9cessaires pour sp\u00e9cifier les modalit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre du fonds de r\u00e9habilitation des sites\u00a0; et\r\n\r\n<br\/>-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 veiller \u00e0 ce que l'obligation de domicilier les dotations au fonds sp\u00e9cifique chez la
