Nous termes convenus entre l\u2019\u00c9tat et les parties impliqu\u00e9es exigent que l\u2019\u00c9tat per\u00e7oive une quote-part \u00e9quivalant \u00e0 75 % du tarif de transport. Cependant, aucun encaissement de cette quote-part n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 ni en 2021 ni en 2022.\r\n\r\n<br\/>L'absence d'encaissement de cette quote-part pourrait indiquer des lacunes dans la gestion des revenus provenant des industries extractives ainsi qu\u2019un risque de manque \u00e0 gagner pour l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/td>\r\n<br\/><td width=\"46%\">I est recommand\u00e9 de renforcer les m\u00e9canismes de suivi et de v\u00e9rification et de suivi des paiements des arri\u00e9r\u00e9s dus \u00e0 l'\u00c9tat pour le transport de p\u00e9trole, en garantissant une transparence dans la collecte et l'utilisation de ces revenus provenant des ressources naturelles.\r\n\r\n<br\/>Un tel suivi pourrait inclure des audits ind\u00e9pendants de ces conventions de transport, la mise en place de plan d\u2019am\u00e9liorations des syst\u00e8mes d'information au sein des parties prenantes des conventions en question pour garantir une gestion efficace et responsable des revenus
