aux diff\u00e9rentes autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s p\u00e9troli\u00e8res pour le transport du brut vers les zones de stockage. En 2022, et selon les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es, 20 % des montants collect\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9s \u00e0 la DGCPT, totalisant 456 436 687 FCFA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9 sous le flux 3.9 Revenus du pipe 18 pouces.<br\/><br\/>\r\nPar ailleurs, nous comprenons qu\u2019un autre contrat de transport liant le gouvernement gabonais \u00e0 la Gabon Oil Company et la Sino Gabon SA pour le pipeline 10 pouces pour lequel aucun paiement n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 en 2022.\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"wpr-tab-content-3862\" class=\"wpr-tab-content elementor-repeater-item-681e992\" data-tab=\"2\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wpr-tab-content-inner elementor-clearfix wpr-anim-size-large wpr-overlay-fade-in\">\r\n\t<p>L'article 86 du code minier stipule que \"Les op\u00e9rations de transport, stockage et commercialisation des mat\u00e9riaux de carri\u00e8res, lorsqu'elles ne sont pas effectu\u00e9es par le titulaire de l'autorisation ou du permis d'exploitation, sont soumises \u00e0 une autorisation d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par le Ministre charg\u00e9 des Mines, pour une dur\u00e9e de deux ans, renouvelable autant de fois que n\u00e9cessaire, dans les formes et conditions fix\u00e9es par voie r\u00e9glementaire. <br\/><br\/>\r\n\r\n\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le mangan\u00e8se est la substance pr\u00e9dominante en termes de production \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle au Gabon, le transport de cette substance par le biais du chemin de fer est crucial. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'exploitation du Transgabonais (SETRAG), concessionnaire du chemin de fer gabonais, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9e depuis 2005 par les autorit\u00e9s gabonaises pour g\u00e9rer les op\u00e9rations du seul r\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9 du pays et ses 648 kilom\u00e8tres de voies ferr\u00e9es reliant Franceville \u00e0 Libreville. Au total, vingt-quatre (24) gares \u00e0 usage commercial sont desservies quotidiennement par l'ensemble des trains de voyageurs et de marchandises, et 6,5 millions de tonnes de minerai ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9es et exp\u00e9di\u00e9es en 2021. <br\/><br\/>\r\n\r\nSETRAG est d\u00e9tenue \u00e0 hauteur de 59,97% par COMILOG, le deuxi\u00e8me plus grand producteur mondial de mangan\u00e8se, tandis que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise MERIDIAM d\u00e9tient 40% du capital de l'entreprise. SETRAG a conclu trois (3) accords de transport de minerais avec les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s COMILOG, NOUVELLE GABON MINING et la CICMHZ.
