Le mod\u00e8le standard de CEPP est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en annexes 15 & 16. \r\n<br\/>Le mod\u00e8le CEPP stipule qu\u2019un contrat doit \u00eatre conclu entre la R\u00e9publique du Gabon repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le Minist\u00e8re en charge des Hydrocarbures et le Ministre de l\u2019Economie et de la Relance, et l\u2019op\u00e9rateur du permis. Le syst\u00e8me informatis\u00e9 du cadastre minier, traitera des types de titres miniers dans le Code Minier existant, mais sa conception est flexible et s\u2019adaptera aux modifications futures du cadre l\u00e9gislatif.\r\n\u2003<br\/>En effet, le Gouvernement Gabonais a re\u00e7u un financement aupr\u00e8s de la Banque Africaine de D\u00e9veloppement (BAD) afin de couvrir le co\u00fbt du Projet d\u2019Appui \u00e0 la Diversification de l\u2019Economie Gabonaise (PADEG), et a l\u2019intention d\u2019utiliser une partie des sommes accord\u00e9es au titre de ce Pr\u00eat pour financer le contrat de prestation \u00ab POUR L\u2019IMPLEMENTATION D\u2019UN SYSTEME DE CADASTRE MINIER ET DE GEODONNEES\u00bb<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afdb.org\/pt\/documents\/ami-gabon-implementation-dun-systeme-de-cadastre-minier-et-de-geodonnees-padeg\" target=\"_blank\"><sup>31<\/sup><\/a>\r\n. Un avis de manifestation d'int\u00e9r\u00eat a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 en septembre 2022 pour le \u00ab recrutement d'un cabinet pour l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de cadastre minier et de g\u00e9o-donn\u00e9es \u00bb.\r\n\u2003<br\/>\r\nDurant 2022, la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Mines et de la G\u00e9ologie a confirm\u00e9 l\u2019existence de 176 permis valides en
